I took an OCEAN-based personality assessment from understandmyself.com and feed the results of that into a Hermes profile that informed it to write a USER.md and SOUL.md file.
The insights from that and how my agent talks back to me improved so much I use it in all my Hermes agents now. AI is a powerful tool but it's even better when you calibrate it first.

Yes - any platform that provides an api or rss feed or worst case you let your agent use your browser. :)
